Carlos Guadian es es parte del equipo de Autoritas Consulting, dedicados a la innovación estratégica para la administración pública. Ha sido el responsable de comunicación on-line y web 2.0 de T-Systems, también parte desde el inicio de la plataforma sobre e-government "Open ProPolis" y coordinador del grupo de trabajo sobre Gobierno Electrónico del Clúster para la Innovación. Es el coordinador de la asociación Las Ideas en Cataluña. Además colabora con el foro de e-Gobierno de la OEA, ha sido uno de los impulsores de la plataforma "Las 1001 ideas" y participar regularmente en eventos y congresos como ponente.
